Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to visit this site, I will be updating this periodically with news of shows, releases and the like. I will shortly be removing the Viimeinen instagram page, and possibly my personal one as well, so this will be the only place to reach me online as of early 2027 at the latest. I cannot recommend enough getting an RSS feed reader app or browser plugin, and adding https://notevenwrong.bearblog.dev/feed/ to your list of followed blogs (feeder is great). I used to use these a lot for keeping up-to-date with blogs, and as people move away from social media, they act as a good substitute for it; you are notified of when someone of interest has posted, without all the ads, slop, addiction, data farming, and stress that comes with social media apps. If you'd like any recommendations, or if you have suggestions for the other blogs to follow, please drop me an email and I will be happy to send or receive a list! A good place to start would be all the pages in my links section. There is also an email subscription field at the bottom of this page, if you'd like email notifications every time a blog post is added to this site, please subscribe below.
For Viimeinen, I am currently focusing on rehearsing and writing for upcoming shows, releases and collaborations.
There will hopefully be a split cassette release available at the Outsider Art showcase taking place at Cafe Oto, London on the 5th of September (INFO/TICKETS).
There should also be a CD out, ands some tapes in the hopefully not too distant future.
I am also in the process of booking a four date UK tour in October with a close friend, as well as three collaborative shows with Lucifer Sky in November. I will share more details for these once everything is booked/confirmed etc.
Sword of Damocles Summer is officially over!
A standard edition of the most recent Sword of Damocles release Beckoning Pathway / Flowering Mimosa will be available very shortly. I will send out my first mailing list letter when this is available, along with information on how to order. If you are interesting in receiving this, please send a stamped, addressed envelope to:
If you are not based in the UK, a stamp and return envelope will not be necessary; I am happy to absorb return correspondence costs for international letters.
Otherwise, I will mostly be taking a break from Sword of Damocles activities until 2027. There might be a live 3" cdr release on a US label, or their might not. Time will tell.
